Our priority is to provide you with an excellent experience with our products. However, sometimes things don't go exactly as expected. Here you will find information about warranty and how to submit any complaints.
We do our best to deliver our products to you in top condition. However, an order may get damaged during shipping, or there may be other issues that lead to a warranty claim. According to European law, we are responsible for any product defects that appear within two years after delivery.
If you find or suspect a product defect, please contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is at least a maximum of two months, but a longer period may be acceptable in some cases. Once you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement of the product.
