We appreciate it if you return the item in its original packaging and ask you to handle the product with care. To start a return, please contact our customer service. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Pack the product carefully, preferably in the original packaging. Then send the package via a carrier of your choice to our return address:

Once we have received the returned item in good order, we will refund the full purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days to the payment method you used for the purchase. The return and refund process can take time, and we do our best to handle this as quickly as possible.
Please note that for returns, the depreciation of the product may be taken into account. This means that if the product is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we may ask for compensation in proportion to the reduction in value.
