We promise to deliver the product you ordered, in the condition described on our website. If something is wrong with the product, such as a defect or a wrong delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve any issues according to our return and refund policy.

Please note that for returns, the product's loss of value may be taken into account. This means if the product is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we may charge a fee. This fee will be based on the product's loss of value. To avoid these costs, please make sure the product is returned in its original packaging and in good condition.

We aim to ship your product as quickly as possible. If there are shipping delays or problems with delivery, we will inform you as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. Please note that this is just an estimate. We depend on our carriers. If delivery takes longer than expected, we will inform you promptly.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to actually return the product. Your purchase will be refunded within 14 days of the return notification. This is if we have received the product or if you provide conclusive proof of return.

You pay the direct costs of returning the product. If the product is damaged due to careless use, we may charge a fee for the loss in value. You are not liable for this if we did not inform you in time about your right to cancel, as required by law.

Three legal return periods:

1. Refund within 14 days: The refund will be made within 14 days after the return notification. This is if the product has been received or if there is conclusive proof of return.
2. Return within 14 days: After cancelling, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.
3. Cancellation within 14 days: You have the right to return your order within this period.
