We promise to deliver the product you ordered, in the condition as described on our website. If something is wrong with the product, such as a defect or a wrong delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to solve any problems in accordance with our returns and refunds policy.
Please note: For returns, we may consider a product's loss of value. This means if the product is used, damaged, or not in its original state, we may charge a fee. This fee will be equal to the lost value. To avoid this fee, please return the product in its original packaging and in good condition.
We aim to ship your product as quickly as possible. If there are any delays or issues with delivery, we will let you know right away. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. Please note, this is an estimate only. We depend on our carriers. If delivery takes longer than expected, we will inform you in time.
All prices include VAT. We accept various payment methods, which are listed on our payment page. Payments must be complete before we can ship your order. Please make sure you enter all payment information correctly to avoid delays.
While we do our best to offer only quality products, our liability for any product is limited to its purchase price. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages arising from the use of the products. If a problem unexpectedly arises with a product, please report it to us as soon as possible.

These terms and any disputes arising from our relationship are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Your purchase will be refunded within 14 days after we receive your return notification. This is provided we have received the product or you can show conclusive proof of shipment.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product. If the product is damaged due to careless use, we may charge a fee for the loss in value. You are not liable for this if we failed to inform you on time about your right to cancel, as legally required.
Three Legal Return Periods:
For complaints, we ask you to contact us first. If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you can contact WebwinkelKeur ( www.webwinkelkeur.nl ) for free mediation, unless Broemba does not have a current membership. Check if this webshop has a current membership via this link .
If we cannot resolve it together, you have the option to submit the complaint to the independent disputes committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The decision of this committee is binding, and both we and you agree to this binding decision. Please note that there are costs associated with submitting a dispute to this committee, which will be at your expense.
