However, it can happen that an order gets damaged during transport or that there are other problems that give cause for a warranty claim. According to European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery.
If you discover or suspect a defect in the product, we ask you to contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is in any case a maximum of two months, but in some cases a longer period may be acceptable.
